What is the template?

The Simple Roadmap template is used when there is a desire to chart actions across time, comparative to workstreams and/or individuals.

How do you use it?

The following steps will help you get started using the Simple Roadmap template.

Step 1: Define the timeframe

Before kicking off the session, ensure the team is aligned on the time period, sprint cycle, or project that will be discussed.

Step 2: Define the workstreams

Divide the rows by project, workstream, and/ or individual.

Step 3: Populate

Populate each cell with content about your product and/or service. Use additional templates throughout the process to define and score what activities will be crucial to the teams’ success.
