From crowdsourcing ideas on how to fight COVID-19 to managing the new way of working, our customers (yes, you!) have been leaders in remote collaboration. Distributed teams are the “new normal” temporarily, but we think the ripples of our current crisis will have a lasting impact on how we work going forward. That’s why our Spring 2020 Product Update is focused on making the platform even easier to stay connected, collaborate, and foster community. Here are some of the features that just went live:
- Communities
We’ve made it easier to manage Brightidea Communities, targeted groups that drive highly nuanced ideas focused on specific challenges - Mobile Enhancements
We have overhauled sections of the mobile app to mirror the functionality of the web version, all the usefulness in a smaller package that can be accessed on the go - UI Upgrades to Improve Participation
Participants will find it easier to submit, search, vote, and comment on ideas while administrators can feature activities for increased awareness - “Days in Status” Exports
Reporting that helps admins identify how to optimize the innovation process and be more responsive to resolve bottlenecks - Improved Submission Process
And if the submission process wasn’t easy enough, we added the ability to further customize your submission form with dynamic field-based logic and instructions
Please review the Release Notes for a full accounting of the features included in today’s deployment. As we continue to make the platform more valuable to customers, we rely on your ideas to help us improve. If you have an idea that will make Brightidea better, submit it to IdeaSpace!
